Enjoy the Christian meditation sessions and listen to them every day. You may find 2-3 you especially resonate with and it is fine to listen to these preferred sessions over and over again. Make sure to use a headset or earbuds and adjust the volume so the experience is perfect for you. Use the power of the word to declare that God is purifying you, that God is setting you free, that God is inspiring you and enlightening you and you will be amazed at how seemingly impossible difficulties will be overcome. Old habits of thinking and feeling will fall away and new and improved habits and behaviors will now take hold for your improving future.
