I only needed to lose 10-13 pounds. I’m 5 feet tall and had a difficult time shedding that weight. My goal is to get down to 100 pounds. Lost the first 10 in4-5 weeks and am trying to chip away at last 11/2 pounds. The eating plan and their supplemental food was great. My advisor, Jerusalem, is wonderful and so encouraging. Wish I hadn’t waited to use the SOTA program. It’s so effective.
