I’ve been following the SOTA meal plans for 3 weeks now. Have to say, the first week is hard because your taste buds haven’t adjusted, second week a routine starts, and now that I’m on week 3 I find the program is super easy to follow. because I’m getting a good amount of protein with each meal and snack I’m never hungry, which leaves me to deal with the emotional and habitual eating patterns. The nutrition team is great and supportive – just be aware that their response time may not be immediate so I use them mainly to plan ahead – not in a moment of panic.
I have every confidence this system will get me to my ideal weight. But for me, my real interest is in seeing how things work in the maintenance side of the program.
