I am down 38# in 19 weeks!!! I have loved discovering myself again. I took 4 trips during my SOTA weight loss journey. I drove, I flew, I camped, I stayed with relatives, and people I didn’t know very well. I have done zip lines and a ropes challenge course. I have played soccer and volleyball. I have been hiking and watched the sun rise early one morning. And…I have been out in public in my swimming suit at a hot springs and at reservoirs. I found this program so easy while on these excursions. I wish I could pass this experience and the results to everyone I know and love who is hiding behind an unhealthy version of themselves. It feels so great to be me! This program really works!
