You have to have your mindset on your goal and the program was very helpful. The two vegetables for lunch and dinner was initially the hardest part, but once I learned I could have them in a smoothie for lunch every day it became very easy. The protein drinks were very good and the caramel nut snack was absolutely the best…which I could find something similar in the stores now that I am in maintenance phase
