First day was great. House guest just started KETO; hubby on low fat.
I cooked separately for the two of them and stayed on my SOTA program. Took my house guest to look at senior living. Facility provided our lunch (my substitute for dinner). The fixed me grilled cod, broccoli and sautéed spinach.
Dinner, I had my SOTA intended for lunch.
Only way I faulted was barely drank water. Too busy. Did not plan ahead. Today, is 2nd day and I’m rejuvenated and on target with my SOTA. Guest going home, hubby eating SOTA diet with me this evening
