I started at SOTA the first week of this past November (22). My starting weight was 253 lbs. I am now currently at 196 lbs, and I am in the maintenance portion of the program. My wife is still in the weight loss phase, so I still go in every week for weigh ins (this is a very important aspect for me–to be accountable every week to someone). The program was a little difficult in the beginning, but I have been able to lose weight consistently throughout the process. I did not enjoy some of the foods, but I have found products that I do enjoy. I still use the cran-grape drink, the cereal, the pancakes, and I use a similar protein bar to the one I got from SOTA. The workout portion was very easy as well. I just walk 30-45 minutes EVERY day. I have incorporated push ups as well on my walks, and I have gained strength. We are big fans of Blake at the Plano location. The entire staff in Plano has been great!! We are very satisfied with our progress.
