I was really hesitant to start this program, thinking it was going to be the same as the last several (a lot) times I tried to lose weight. I just didn’t have it in me to try to do it on my own anymore. And, I just kept gaining weight. I had done Keto a couple years ago and lost but had since put it back on and then some.

I loved the idea of having a nutritionist guiding me through this. And, I was ready.

I feel so much better! I’m amazed at how simple it has been so far, and I expect it to continue.

Im down a size already and wearing leggings with mini skirts instead of hiding beneath a midi (knee+) skirt. I am trying not to focus on the #s, and I feel really excited about my weight loss. I’ve been at it for 5 weeks now and have lost over 16 pounds.
