I officially transitioned to ‘maintenance’ on April 1. The SOTA team has continued to give me their support and encouragement. They continue to ‘check in’ on me. They never fail to respond to my texts and questions. I have continued to drop pounds eating normal meals, but eating the SOTA way – regular times throughout the day and recommended carb and protein intake. FOLLOW THE PROGRAM THAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS. I continue to recommend SOTA to my friends and family.
