I am 60 year’s old.
My goal was to lose 46 pounds. My hope was to get off of my 3 daily high blood pressure pills.
I lost the 46 pounds in 3 months time. I did not starve myself. I followed SOTA’s food plan and I walked 3 miles a day,. I’m currently in the maintenance plan and have happily kept the weight off. I weigh less than I did in high school.
I am off all 3 blood pressure pills and the only extra thing I’ve done beyond SOTA is I quit all caffeine consumption.
SOTA worked great for my wife and myself. I easily and highly recommend SOTA for everyone with a life long weight struggle like myself.
