So far I’m fifteen weeks into the program and have let go of 38 pounds. Just seven pounds to my goal though I’ll keep going till I’m down twelve or more. For my height of 5’6” the ideal weight is 118 to 154. Looking to be 145 from a start weight of 195.
I won’t say it’s easy nor without strict disciplines to work.
I’ve had zero alcohol.
Zero bread.
No sugar, but do I love vanilla Stevia.
And no potatoes, cheese and fruits.
New clothes a must.
38 waist to now wearing 32’s and 33’s.
Extra Large shirts to mediums.
And tomorrow I turn 68 Happy birthday me!!
