I had been trying to lose weight since l got married 45 years ago.Did many different types of diets thru the years but never was able to lose the weight l needed to change my health( type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure etc)but this plan which is very thorough on changing your lifestyle of how you look at eating they understanding certain concepts of what certain foods do to your body after consumption.Many of my family,friends , and aquaintances have told me that they were inspired by what l had done but give all the thanks to SOTA and the people who worked with me these 4 months to lose almost 50 pounds to change my life and health.Also they continue to support and encourage me to stay at my same weight.Thanks for everything.
