The program if followed correctly works! I have followed the diet with exactness almost without exception, a brisk 30-40 minute walk almost every day, purchased a 64 ounce water bottle that I have to empty by the end of the day which was hard for me in the beginning but was able to do and consistently listened to the motivational tapes to reset the way I view food. Was it super easy all the time? No but it wasn’t super hard either. I am completely satisfied with the results. After about a week on this diet I was no longer snoring and tossing and turning at night and the beginnings of sleep apnea stopped. I am thrilled to recommend the program to anyone that asks about it!
