Over the last few years I put on 30+ pounds and could not lose weight when I tried. I wanted to get back to riding my bike long distances and signed up for a 85 mile ride. I figured that would motivate me. 2 months out from the date I still had not lost weight. I signed up for SOTA and with their help I went from 228 to 198 and on the ride I
actually did a total of 103 miles. The coaches were so helpful during my training with what to eat and when, adjusting my intake based on how many miles I was riding. I still have some lbs to lose to get to my ultimate goal and SOTA will be there to help
