I’m not enjoying the program. I have lost 20 pounds but it’s because I’m not eating much. I rarely eat the supplements you offer. I’m living on pancakes and cream of chicken soup. All other products are not worth it so I supplement with eggs and meat products. I don’t feel I get any support unless I go into the office for weigh in every two weeks and they ring a bell!!! My doctor doesn’t approve of the diet and won’t sign off on it. I plan to use what I learned about portion size to continue to loss weight.
