My journey took a little longer than I expected, by not nearly as long as it took to put the weight on. I was very active prior to the plan and only needed to lose 30 lbs, so I didn’t have any of those big 5+ lb weeks! I travel quite a bit, and it took just under 6 months to reach our agreed upon goal.

Just had my first maintenance check in, and an still on track. The dieticians keep me on track and are there when I need to reach out in-between scheduled coaching sessions.
