I had reached a time when I could no longer be happy with the way I looked. I’m 5’6″ and weighed 160 lbs. I made up my mind to lose weight and contacted SOTA. By the time my food arrived, I had already lost 3 lbs on my own. What SOTA did for me that I could not do for myself was provide a well-defined meal plan and keep my motivation for losing weight foremost in my mind. I ultimately lost 30lbs. They kept it real for me too. Meaning, they told me when I didn’t make the best choices and showed me the evidence in my weight loss or lack there of. While I don’t rely heavily on the coaches now that the program is over, I did rely on them during the program. However, with the training they provided, I have been able to keep the weight off for the lst 3 and half months. I fluctate 5 lbs off and on, but I can live with that. When I go over the 5 lbs, I go back into SOTA practices mode and the extra few lbs come right off.
