I’ve got another month on SOTA, but I’m really seeing results. I began the program at 210 lbs and feeling like I just crept up my weight over the years. This morning I weighed 181. Each day I’m walking between 1.5 and 2.0 miles and feeling better each and every day. The food plan has worked well. Very balanced and with all the right level of proteins and carbs (almost none). Friday night is now steak night and I’m eating more fish and chicken than ever before. All in all, I’m very pleased with the SOTA program. The results have been great and I truly believe it has changed my lifestyle for the better. Five stars from me SOTA!
