In 2017 I lost 38 lbs on a low carb diet to lower my A1C. I was succeeded. I stayed at that weight for 4.5 years. My discipline slipped and I gained back 10 lbs. I went to SOTA and set a goal of losing 20 lbs. SOTA created a 6 week plan to lose the weight. I achieved the goal and have remained around 158 lbs for 9 months. My discipline has returned.
