I started SOTA in mid-November. I have followed the plan very closely, using a scale and measuring cups and spoons. By Christmas I was down 20lbs. At the end of 10 weeks I was more than halfway to my goal that was set for a 10 week plan. I was able to keep to the program through the holiday season and instead of gaining weight, I lost a bunch and it feels great! My consultants are great about helping me choose menu items when I was eating out so I wouldn’t accidently eat something I shouldn’t. Looking forward to losing the last 20lbs, for a total of 50!

The program works if you stick to the instructions.
