Choosing to go with SOTA to lose weight was a wise decision. I lost 35 lbs in 10 weeks and reached my goal weight! The program is not hard to follow and I wasn’t hungry. Five months later while in the maintenance program I have continued to stay at my goal weight. My heart condition has greatly improved. I have failed at many diets in the past. The difference this time is that SOTA taught me what to eat and what not to eat for the rest of my life.
