I wouldn’t say the SOTA diet is easy, but it is effective. Once you get used to it, it becomes a way of life that is easy to follow. Limiting alcohol intake was my biggest struggle, and I know I would have lost weight faster if I followed the alcohol guidelines. I lost 40 lbs in about 3 or 4 months and look and feel better than I have in years. All my bloodwork has been better than ever, with cholesterol levels in the low normal range (which had always been above the high normal range in the past).
