I have attempted to lose about 10 pounds for years because I was pre-diabetic and my physician believed that a loss of weight would go a long way in solving my concerns. I had a consistent exercise routine and tried to manage my diet with limited success. After enrolling in the SOTA weight loss program, I quickly lost more than the desired weight and my blood glucose levels dropped to be well within the normal range. To date, I have been successful in maintaining my weight in spite of a crazy travel schedule.
