I did lose weight fast; however I put on 12 of the 20 pounds I lost. I did not “learn” how to keep it off or lose more. I didn’t learn how hat I should be eating. When I lost the weight I was eating items provided by SOTA. I don’t know how many calories/carbs/protein I should have in a meal or day. They did t teach me how to lose weight, only told me to eat this or that.
