My SOTA Weight Loss experience was completely as advertised. I reached my goal weight one week early, and I was never hungry through the entire process. I also found that the food supplied was very tasty.

Most importantly, I learned about carbs and proteins, and how to balance those to have a maximum fat burning diet.

I am now on the maintenance part of the program, and after three weeks I have been able to modify my diet, and I have been able to maintain my ideal weight.
