Wednesday and Thursday have been two Good days so far. Lunches with two full cups of vegetables have been satisfying, along with a Sota sloppy Joe and cheese steak pasta. Then an afternoon snack bag.
Dinners with 8 oz chicken and salmon also filling. The Chocolate Mint bar last evening raised blood sugar this morning. I’m concerned about that. Hoping BG will come down. What do I do with the drink bottles?
Walking 30+, drinking about 96 oz, water, using 4 tbsp EVOO, no fruit. Not Hungry, doing well. One day at a time, staying hopeful.
