I started the SOTA Plan on July 1st and in 20 weeks lost 100 pounds. This has been an amazing experience after trying other weight loss plans without sustained success. What makes SOTA work for me is how practical and easy the meal preparation is especially when I travel. I also had great success with the different recipes and how it provides a great variety, so I don’t feel like I am being deprived of anything. The SOTA Staff is always upbeat, enthusiastic, and celebrates my successes at the weigh ins. As I see my body change and see the weight drop it encourages me to stay focused and disciplined to the SOTA Plan.
