I started out the program at 361 pounds and am now down to 315 and still losing. The program works if you follow it to a T. After my 10 weeks, I lost a total of 40 pounds. Now on my own with SOTA checking in monthly, I’ve lost an additional five pounds. I still have another 25 pounds to go and I expect to do it. Thank you SOTA for giving me the tools to keep the weight off and for continuing to support me along the way.
