For what I have received, e.g. meal substitute packets and coaching, the program is way over priced. In addition while SOTA claims not to be a low calorie diet…that is exactly what it is. On average I estimate I take in between 1000-1200 calories a day. With that in addition to my daily exercise goals I am losing weight. The high sodium content of my diet seems to be impacting my blood pressure. The one positive thing I would say is that I am much more aware of what I’m eating, as well as when and how much I’m eating. I would not recommend the program. I believe everything I’ve learned I could have done so on internet.
