I let go of the 40 extra pounds that I have been carrying for most of my life. I was 260 lbs, working out 4-5 times a week and thought I was eating healthy but could never shed those extra pounds; constant plateau and yo-yo. With SOTA, I have changed my eating habits and what I eat. It is so easy to follow but you have to follow. I was able to drop 5 lbs a week. Only regret is that I hadn’t done it sooner! Adrianna was a great counsellor!
