After faithfully following several other diets and not being able to lose weight, I figured my body wasn’t able to lose weight any longer. I was extremely discouraged, but decided to make SOTA my last ditch effort. To say I’m pleased with the results from the SOTA diet is an understatement. I have lost 28 lbs in 8 weeks and it has been surprisingly easy. I am not hungry and really don’t have cravings for food outside of the program. It has been so much simpler than all the other programs I tried in the past AND I am getting much better results.
