The Sota program helped me to loose weight and change my eating habits. Having to report a food diary and weights weekly kept me motivated and accountable. Now that I am on maintenance I do have days when I gain a1-2 pounds but I can easily loose it by just getting back on track. I have spoken with my friends and family about Sota and encouraged them to do the program but stress that it is a lifetime commitment in order to keep the weight off. Sota is about changing your relationship with food.
