This has been an enlightening experience for me. The weekly meetings with my counselor were so helpful and made for great accountability. If you follow exactly what is required, the weight just comes off. And without getting hungry. I learned good eating habits, portion control, and how to chose foods that benefit weight loss and maintenance of my desired weight. The staff is always available for text questions and were prompt in responding to me. I lost 37 pounds and I’m maintaining that weight loss.
