I started my weight loss journey a couple of years ago by only eating one meal per day. I dropped from 230 to 189 and then increased back to 196. At this point I knew that I needed to learn more about how to sustain my weight loss and contacted SOTA. Their representatives and program have helped me drop down to 181. I am targeting 175 which is the weight I was at in my early 20’s (by the way, I am 75 years old). The weekly phone calls are beneficial. I have been on the program for 4 weeks with 2 more weeks to go. I am looking forward to starting to discuss my transition to the SOTA sustaining weight process which I believe will be excellent. I highly recommend the SOTA program.
