I have been unable to lose weight for a long time. Mostly because of my lack of discipline, but at the same time, I really did not have a good plan of action. When I join the program in the beginning of June, I had my reservations, but I gave it my best for two full weeks, and during that time I saw That I lost 14 pounds.
