I was in an unhealthy state when I decided to join the SOTA program. My targeted goals included: 1) Lose 35 lbs of weight, 2) reduce joint/muscle pain, 3) increase energy, 4) eliminate unnecessary medications, and 5) develop healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle for the future.
The SOTA counselors and nutritionists were knowledgeable and helpful on the journey to achieve my goals. I appreciate the patience they had with me when I asked hundreds of questions along the way. No question was “too stupid” and their extra insight was always on-point and thoughtful.
I am happy to share that I have achieved all of my goals and am now in the “maintenance” program, enjoying continued success.
I am grateful for the “new healthy me” and the healthy lifestyle and “eating style” that I will use for the rest of my life!
