The plan was easy to follow, the accountability factor was what inspired me to do so well.
More than anything, the program has changed my mindset. I lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I’m now on the maintenance program and have found that my cravings for junk food is gone. It’s like the flip of a switch. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about getting results.
