I gained 15 lbs during chemo. Was not able to lose the weight after treatment had finished. SOTA taught me A LOT about my propensity to seek out sugar and carbs. I did the SOTA diet only six weeks, now I am in maintenance, eating regular restaurant food, etc., but am very mindful of added sugars and carbs. I’ve kept the weight off (I’m at 158 lbs now), feel great, I don’t crave sugar or crunchy carbs. SOTA was very supportive, the accountability is great! June was a great motivator!
