I started SOTA with my weight at 242 lbs in April 2022. I thought I needed to reduce my weight to 210 lbs. The SOTA advisor suggested that for my body composition I should set my target at 190 lbs. With SOTA counselling and encouragement I reduced my weight to 190 lbs in August 2022. I have refceived regular phone calls from Lauren of SOTA since then – and my weight is currently 191. But more important – I know how to keep it under 190 lbs and Lauren is there to help and encourage me. THANKS, SOTO!
